Short notice liquidation of the former Applebee's location in Statesboro, GA.  30'x40' event tent, picnic tables, Cookshack charbroiler, Imperial grill, Southbend griddle, stainless sinks, commercial water heater, sturdy oak tables, booths and much more. Bidding ends October 14th.

**This auction will have a staggered ending, three items per minute.  If any item receives a bid within the last minute of the auction, that item will extend for 2 minutes until bidding ceases.

INSPECTION:  Representatives will be on site for inspection on Friday, October 10th and Tuesday, October 14th from 1:00-3:00 PM. Items may also be inspected by appointment.  All items are located at the former Applebee's at 24087 US-80, Statesboro, GA 30461.  Longleaf strongly recommends in person inspection.  Items are described to the best of our abilities, but with no guarantee of accuracy.  Please be sure to click through on individual items for longer descriptions, additional information and additional pictures.

PICKUP: Pick up for this auction will be by appointment for select hours on October 15th, 16th and 17th.  Winning bidders will be contacted via email about how to set a pickup appointment.  Shipping is NOT available for this auction. PICKUP ONLY. **Winning bidders are reminded that they are responsible for all disassembly, removal and loading of their items.  No equipment will be on site to assist. PLEASE PLAN AHEAD FOR THESE CONDITIONS AND PICKUP DATES!
