This unit is in running condition, but only by pull starting. VIDEO HERE.  The tractor was started by towing it behind a truck and "popping the clutch" in 8th gear at which point it started immediately. The starter is NOT in working order and the wiring harness needs to be replaced.  Tractor has no brakes. The tractor will not go into 4th/7th gear.  Other gears, including reverse, all operate properly. This is a useable running unit, but needs work to be regularly useable. Model number 3T90T – J.
